Overseeding
Overseeding adds new grass seed to existing turf, filling in thin or bare spots. It helps improve the density and color of the lawn while introducing newer, more resilient grass varieties. Thicker turf also shared the soil, reducing weed growth by limiting sunlight at the surface. For best results, overseeding is often done after aeration, when seeds have better contact with loosened soil.
